All B1RTH orders are processed with intention and care. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States Shipping

• Free Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

International Shipping
B1RTH currently offers international shipping to select countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service. Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and may be affected by customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically shown at checkout.

B1RTH is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged after the package enters the destination country.

Delays
B1RTH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. During high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, B1RTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the issue.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. B1RTH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
