Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Delays
B1RTH is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. During high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, B1RTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. B1RTH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
