At B1RTH, every piece is created with intention and handled with care. Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect purchases. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the next steps. Replacements are not guaranteed until the claim is reviewed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. B1RTH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
